4 minutes of Tabata 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off:

switch lunges
side to side jumps
mountain climbers
row
squat with weight
twisted mountain climber

2 minutes Abb-ata 30 seconds on, 10 off

leg lifts
bicycles
butt lifts

15 minutes walking on the treadmill [cool down]

Total time: 31 minutes
